Thracian Valley is a part of the largest South Bulgarian wine region. It is well protected from cold north winds from Stara Planina mountain and further protected from Rhodope mountains from the south.

Harvest:

Carefully hand-picked grapes gone through a subsequent processing at a suitable temperature.

Tasting Notes:

This wine has a lively radiant ruby red color and expressive nose of ripe forest fruit, honey, vanilla and spices. Full and velvety on the palate, it reveals good intensity and fruity character. Look for tinges of oak and vanilla on the pleasant and long lasting finish.
